The Prize

The winner will enjoy a 5-night Costa Rican adventure for two, scheduled for March 2–7, 2026. The Prize includes:

Round-trip flights (economy / coach class) for two adults (winner + guest) from within continental United States to Liberia International Airport (LIR).
- In case of travel from an origin outside continental USA (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories), Thoropass will contribute $500 per person towards flights.
5 nights of hotel accommodations (for double occupancy) as follows:
- 2 nights in a mountain hotel (your choice):
  - Hotel Belmar (Monteverde) – Eco-luxury in the cloud forest
  - Hotel Hacienda Guachipelín (Rincón de la Vieja) – Eco-lodge surrounded by volcanic landscapes
- 3 nights at Reserva Conchal Beach Resort – luxury relaxation by the ocean
Rental car (economy SUV or similar) for your trip which you can use to travel across the different locations included
One bonus activity or service, based on inland hotel selection:
- If staying at Hotel Belmar: choose between the Hanging Bridges Tour or Night Walk in Monteverde.
- If staying at Hacienda Guachipelín, 1 massage session at the hotel spa.

This is not an all-expense-paid trip. The following items are not included: Meals, beverages, travel insurance, all taxes, date changes, inland travel between locations (including to/from airports), fuel, tolls, parking, checked luggage, personal or incidental expenses, and anything else not explicitly included in the “The Prize” section above.

For each company you refer that becomes a Thoropass customer by December 31, 2025, you’ll receive one entry into the raffle. No limit!

Example: If three of your referrals become Thoropass customers, you’ll earn three chances to win. The more you refer, the higher your odds of winning this incredible experience!

The winner will be announced on January 8, 2026. He or she will be notified via email or phone and will have until January 31, 2026 to claim and coordinate The Prize.

Eligibility & Rules

The winner must be at least 18 years of age.
The winner must be rightfully employed by a current Thoropass customer in good standing as of January 31, 2026.
The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Thoropass may substitute comparable trip components if needed.
Thoropass reserves the right to modify or end the promotion at any time.
Passports and travel documents must be valid for international travel
