He gained invaluable insights during his tenure as a former auditor, concentrating on SOC 2 compliance for technology companies within the prestigious Big 4 consulting firms. His meticulous approach and deep understanding of industry standards have made him a trusted authority in information security.

Matt’s experience includes organizations such as Accenture, KPMG, and Coalfire, including the implementation of robust security measures and compliance frameworks to safeguard the information assets of a diverse clientele.

Matt holds a degree in Business Information Technology with a focus on Decision Support Systems from Virginia Tech. Matt holds the CCSK and AWS-CCP.
