Thoropass Game Giveaway at HLTH 2025 in Las Vegas, NV

Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Thoropass Inc., located at 45 W 27th Street, New York, NY 10001.

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to residents of North America, aged 18 years or older, except:

• Employees of Thoropass Inc.
• Their immediate family members.
• Anyone professionally connected with the organization or judging of the giveaway.

3. Entry Requirements

• Entry is available exclusively on-site at HLTH 2025 Las Vegas, NV (The Venetian).
• To enter, participants must be scanned as a lead by a Thoropass representative during the event.
• Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
• By entering, participants opt in to receive marketing communications from Thoropass. You may unsubscribe at any time.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

4. Entry Deadline

The giveaway closes on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST.
Entries received after this time will not be accepted. Thoropass is not responsible for entries not received due to technical, network, or connectivity issues.

5. Prizes

Prizes are determined by the participant’s level achieved in the Thoropass booth game. Depending on performance, prizes may include:

• A Solo Stove
• A designer duffle
• A pair of Louboutins

Prize Terms:

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
• Thoropass reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be determined based on game performance levels, as recorded by Thoropass software on-site.
• Winners will be notified in person at the Thoropass booth during HLTH 2025.
• Prizes will be mailed to the winner’s designated address within 14 business days.
• If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to provide required information within 14 calendar days, Thoropass reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

7. Delivery of Prizes

Winners must provide a valid mailing address for prize delivery.
Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.

8. Cancellation or Modification

Thoropass Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway in the event of circumstances beyond its control (including but not limited to fraud, technical malfunction, or system error).
Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the operation of the game or giveaway may result in disqualification and possible legal action.

9. Final Decision

All decisions made by Thoropass Inc. regarding the giveaway — including eligibility, prize allocation, and interpretation of these terms — are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
